Jenison Dual

The wrestlers competed very well on both the JV and the Varsity levels. The varsity team battled well, but came up short against state ranked Jenison, losing 47-21. Winning their matches were Jared Zimmerman, Justin Zimmerman, Paul Carbone, and Drew Jackson.

Varsity 2nd at Wyoming Park Invitational!

Congratulations to the Varsity team on coming in second at the Wyoming Park Invitational. Individual medalists were: Weston Kelke (3rd), Jared Zimmerman (2nd), Marcos Diaz (3), Justin Zimmerman (1st), Caleb Schutter (2nd), Jake Dean (1st), Nate Hop (3rd), Paul Carbone (3rd), Nate Miedema (3rd), Jordan Koster (4th), Zac Plowman (1st), and Dallas Dickson (4th).

Varsity Places 8th at Lansing Eastern

On Dec. 6, the varsity wrestling team placed 8th out of 16 teams. Placing for the eagles were: Justin Zimmerman (1), Jared Zimmerman (2), Paul Carbone (5), Pat Byars (5), Jake Dean (7), Zac Plowman (7), Drew Jackson (7) and Nate Hop (8)

Allendale Tournament (JV)

On Saturday the JV had a very successful day going 3-1 and finishing third. Our JV squad lost in the semi-finals to Allendale on criteria after tying the dual 34-34.

Hamilton Quad

The Varsity team got off to a good start on Thursday evening! We wrestled against Plainwell first, where we lost a close match 31-36. In the second match we came out on top against Hamilton 38-35. The JV also wrestled well!!
